It fails 2 out of 10 deploys. Wife likes it and knows how to reset it now. I would not purchase again though. My older Lightning OTFs never fail. They must've cheapened out on parts or QC.
The zinc construction, fit, finish, and strength of deployment on this model are not great. Lots of blade play. Not too confidence-inspiring. Have had better experiences with other OTFs in a similar price range.
Handy little gravity knife. We use it in the kitchen for opening packages and mail.
I had been looking to purchase a OTF knife for a while but didn't find anything local that caught my eye. I happened on an internet ad from Lightning and like the looks of the Mini Rose.
I was impressed from the start with the craftsmanship and the feel I found with the knife. Very solid and well accompanied with a ballistic styled sheath.

These knives are well made, but they are extremely heavy. If you like heavy duty cutlery, this knife is for you.

This is pretty neat, I wish it was made of higher quality material, but overall I like it.
I got way more than I expected when opening the package. This knife is sharp. It is solid. It feels like it is built really well. The action is fast and deliberate. No wiggle! It is partof my EDC now!
